Mount Olive Christian School Launches Innovative High School Model

Mount Olive Christian School Launches Innovative High School Model Focused on Personalized Learning and Career Development

Mount Olive Christian School is proud to announce a new, forward-thinking structure for its 9th–12th grade program, designed to give students more flexibility, stronger academic support, and expanded opportunities to prepare for their future.

Built around the theme “More Ways to Learn. More Ways to Succeed.”, the updated model introduces a dynamic weekly schedule that blends focused classroom instruction with personalized learning and experiences.

Beginning Fall of 2026, high school students will attend core academic classes three days per week, allowing for deeper engagement in essential subjects. The remaining two days will be dedicated to individualized pathways, including targeted academic support, dual enrollment opportunities, development, and extracurricular involvement.

“God has a special plan for each of our students’ lives,” said Linda Gantt, Headmaster of Mount Olive Christian School. “This new structure reflects our commitment to meeting students where they are and helping them grow into who they are called to be.”

As a Christ-centered institution, Mount Olive Christian School continues to prioritize both academic excellence and spiritual development. The redesigned schedule allows students to not only strengthen their academic foundation but also explore their interests, build practical skills, and pursue opportunities that align with their God-given talents.

“Our goal is to prepare students not just for graduation, but for life,” said Linda Gantt. “We are equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed in college, careers, and their calling.”

By integrating these elements into the weekly schedule, Mount Olive Christian School is creating a more personalized and purposeful high school experience—one that equips students academically, spiritually, and professionally.
